Macroscopic Description:
Labradorite is a unique mineral. It displays lustrous colors that are formed by internal fractures in the mineral that reflect light back and forth. This dispersion of light is referred to as “labradorescence.” Sometimes slabs are displayed in water to enhance this effect.
Lemurian Blue is full of blue, green, black, and turquoise color making the stone rather remarkable. This stone is pretty in pictures, but spectacular in person. Flecks of iridescent color capture the light beautifully.
Lemurian Blue is a breathtaking stone named after the hypothetical “lost land” called “Lemuria.” This place is said to be located in the Indian and Pacific Ocean. What an appropriate name for a stone so rich in blue and green color
Labradorite Blue Lemurian Granite is available in a polished finish and recommended for use in commercial and residential applications including (Counters)Countertops, Fireplace and Contours, Flooring, Full-size Backsplash, Interior Furniture, Podium Bath Contours, Shower Base, Sinks, Walls, outdoor spaces and landscaping projects.
