Macroscopic Description:
Onice Kilimanjaro Onyx will look stunning in any room of the house, but it is most commonly used around fireplaces, in bathrooms, and as furniture. Onyx is formed when existing limestone is dissolved by water, and re-deposited as a new stone. It is frequently found in caves, and the water dissolves minerals and deposits them as stalactites and stalagmites. Onyx can be found in almost every color, and is known for its stunning bands of color. Its eye-catching bands of color will become a striking conversation piece in your home, adding to its beauty and its value.
Onice Kilimanjaro is a very elegant onyx quarried in Tanzania. Characterized by a light beige background with color movements and shades ranging from caramel to light brown.
Applications: floor tiles, claddings, kitchen and bathroom vanity tops, particularly suitable for interior claddings.
